Most people require some kind of help at some time in their lives, whether it’s physical, financial or spiritual. During life’s struggles, we are often reminded that more must be done to sustain programs that help others.
When you make a bequest or other “planned gift,” you help the Geer Foundation for years to come. What better way to thank the people or organizations that has had an impact on your life than to make a contribution from your estate through a bequest? Legacy giving is not only for the wealthy! Please consider Geer Foundation when making your long term estate plans. Learn more at Leave a Legacy
Gifts large and small are important, they all add up to a big impact!
It is important that you let us know if you have left a bequest so that we can help to ensure your gift is appointed properly and include you in our Heritage Society. Should you wish to remember Geer Foundation in your will, we encourage you to provide the following bequest language to your attorney:
“I give, devise and bequeath $___ (sum of money), or ___% (percentage) of my estate, or ___ (named property), or all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to Geer Foundation, Inc., located in Canaan, CT tax exempt number 06-1230842.”
