Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 3-11 pm
Sign on bonus of $2,000 for Full Time LPN’s.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides day to day resident care during their shift, while coordinating with other disciplines. Perform charting duties, receive physician orders, complete treatment and evaluate residents. Care management and supervisory responsibilities must be executed in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.

Wages range between $32to $42 – depending on shift, experience and location.
