Sign on bonus of $2,500 for Full Time RN’s.
The Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse provides day to day resident care during their shift, while coordinating with other disciplines. Perform charting duties, receive physician orders, complete treatment, and evaluate residents. Care management and supervisory responsibilities must be executed in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.

We are looking for an energetic, compassionate person to work Per Diem on 3rd 11pm-7am; 2nd 3pm-11pm or 1st 7am-3pm shifts at the Lodge as needed.
Sign on bonus of $2,500 for Full Time RN’s.
Wages range between $36 to $50 – depending on shift, experience and location.
