Please call: (860) 824-7067 to sign up for the program or to schedule your ride. We prefer 48 hours’ notice and require a minimum of 24 hours. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours (business days) before your scheduled pick-up time.
Geer transportation services are currently limited to individuals who are over the age of 60 and/or are disabled. Service is not available to patients/residents of long term care facilities.

Primary service: Cornwall, Falls Village, Norfolk, North Canaan, Lakeville/Salisbury, and Sharon. Secondary service served through the RITS program: Colebrook, Goshen, Morris, Torrington, Warren, and Winsted areas.

With just one call you can let us know when you or your loved one needs to visit a particular doctor or lab and we will schedule the doctor’s appointment and the ride for you.
We will call the office, schedule the appointment, arrange the transportation and call you back with all the details. All the doctors, labs, and hospitals in the area know us and we work together to make your visits convenient.
The Dial-a-Ride transportation service is funded in parts by the State of CT, Dept. of Transportation, our area Town’s, the North-west Hill Council of Government, the Western CT Area Agency on Aging, and other private foundations.
